SACRAMENTO (Feb. 25, 2015) -- Minutes before leading an afternoon-long hearing seeking innovative, creative and cost-efficient ways to capture stormwater to help solve California's growing water needs, Sen. Bob Hertzberg, chair of the Senate Committee on Governance and Finance, is interviewed by ABC and NBC TV news affiliates in California's Capitol. "As we face climate change and historic challenges we’ve simply got to be more creative," Hertzberg, D-Van Nuys, told Darla Givens, left, of KXTV NEWS10 and David Bienick of KCRA-TV 3.
